too weak to go to the gym so today my intake need to be under 1000 and I will go for a 1.5 hour walk
Food: 1350 (I was supposed to stay under 1200)
Exercise: 523 (15 min bike, 75 min Yoga, 40 min walk)
When off the wagon for a couple of months and now I’m a big fat blob of fat. Back to the gym and cal restriction.
